Sacred Space

Lesson three is all about sacred space, what it is, how it might be used and so on.   If you work through the lessons, you should fairly confident about using sacred space and casting a basic circle.  It is difficult to judged where to out a lesson such as this, but I have opted for up-front and before working with the elements as using sacred space can be very beneficial for exercises such as mediation.  Enough of the banter and on with the show!
