by Magi Today I climbed a hill. The world was laid out before me. From horizon to horizon, one vast land. A land which we share, but do not own. A land alive with energy, alive with power, a land untainted by greed. A land where people live in harmony. A land where all respect all, everything in perfect balance. Ahhh so you know this land is something from my mind - seen in meditation? Or maybe, just maybe, it is real - somewhere, somehow. The energy of the realm we call Earth is shifting. People are gathering. Like soul is finding like soul. As flame finds flame, so they join. As they join, so the darkness that is threatening this realm will subside. Slowly at first, like the faintest glimmer as the sun is reborn at the start of the day. Slowly but surely the light will spread and illuminate all. Those who cannot stand the light will not belong in the world I have seen. They will turn within and skulk away to hide in their caves. Theirs is not the way of light but of darkness and greed. And as the light spreads so their world will be destroyed. The Ancient Ones are returning as tribal memories awaken. Deep within our beings is the story of our ancestors. Now is the time to listen to the stories. Now is the time to hear what they have to say. Now is the time to learn what we have forgotten. More and more people are finding again the Old Ways. The heart of the Goddess beats stronger in her breast as her children return. The God looks on, the benevolent father and protector that he has always been. The wisdom of the Ancient Ones is there in those stories of our ancestors that we carry within our tribal memory. I ask you one question: where are you from? No. Where are you really from? Discover that and you can begin to drive the demons of darkness from you. Do that and you begin to drive the demons of darkness from the land. And so I stand on the hilltop surveying the land. My heart is open to those who seek. I renounce the demons of the night. I pledge myself to the Light. The Light of the newborn sun which illuminates the land. A light which is in perfect balance. The land I see is full of harmony. The land I see is one where each and everyone respects the life of all. For surely each soul has to find its own path home. With every second of every hours I seek those who are of my family. And my family are not of my blood. My family are of my soul. And I will sing out with joy each and every time I find one who has been lost to me Together we will journey. Together we will learn. Together we will crate the land I see from the top of the hill I climbed today. So mote it be Blessed Be. |
